Chef Lucas Lam

Chef Lucas is an experienced culinary professional who has worked in a variety of positions across multiple prestigious restaurants in Singapore and Malaysia. Most recently, he served as a Sous Chef at Restaurant Blanc at Macalister Mansion in Penang, where he was responsible for conducting R&D for the new menu, supervising staff, ensuring food quality, and managing purchasing and inventory. Prior to this, he worked at Akar Dining in Kuala Lumper as a Sous Chef, where he provided skill training for the staff, among other duties. Earlier in his career, he worked at Corner House and Marina Bay Sands’ Sky On 57 in Singapore, where he developed his culinary skills in various roles as Demi CDP and Commis.
